This is a great area and a great building, the management company is fantastic, super accommodating and always quick to help whenever possible and quick to address any maintenance issues. The elevators are fast and you will never wait long, the valet is also fast and accommodating, Very friendly residents and I have always felt extremely safe here, as all residents must be screened, if you don’t already know, Brickell is one of, if not the hottest neighborhoods in Miami, and the river district is equally hot, with 2 current new developments starting at $900/sqft, so not only is this a great place to live but a wise investment!!
